1. Charter Services

Clearly Unique Charters provides marine charter services in Islamorada, Florida, including snorkeling tours, sandbar excursions, sunset cruises, and private charters in the Florida Keys waters.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to book charter services. Minors may participate in charters when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts full responsibility for their safety and conduct.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

a. Booking Process:

A deposit (approximately 50% of total cost) is required at time of booking Remaining balance is charged upon arrival for your charter All fees will be clearly outlined during the booking process

b. Cancellation Policy:

48-hour notice required for full refund Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice receive store credit for future use Exceptions made for medical emergencies or hospitalizations Weather-related cancellations are at captain’s discretion based on safety conditions

a. Guest Responsibilities:
